If I had a dollar for everytime someone came to me already having tried the low FODMAP diet and still was experiencing gut issues, or was “stuck” on this diet to remain symptom-free, I’d be rich!
Here’s the thing – in this program, while we use a pseudo reduced FODMAP diet” (alongside other signature Gut Rescue strategies) we are also going after the root cause of WHY you aren’t able to tolerate certain foods and will help you heal THAT.

My personal treatment philosophy, client’s results from clinical practice, and the most current research all support a heavily plant-based diet (about 80-90%) with small amounts of high-quality animal products (about 10-20%).
I cannot guarantee your nutrient needs are fully met otherwise.
We are currently only accepting residents in AUS and NZ. A further international rollout is due later in 2021!
No. There is no way to include these, since every person will require a unique approach based on your personal digestive issues, health history, and budget.
Supplements are also recommended but not mandatory and we will work with you to prioritise the ones we feel are most important for your personal healing and circumstances.

However, if you are breastfeeding then the program is still suitable for you and your personal Gut Nutritionist will also support you with any additional resources or adjustments needed based on your unique case.
